Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the rules for cancellations, refunds and adjustments for Services booked through Bhago Mobility.

1. Cancellation by Users

Users may cancel a confirmed booking before the scheduled service start time. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the type of service, cancellation window and rate plan. Fees and deadlines are clearly displayed at booking and in the app.

2. Cancellation by Bhago Mobility

Bhago Mobility may cancel bookings due to driver unavailability, safety concerns, force majeure, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will promptly notify users and offer a full refund or alternative arrangements where applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in accordance with the pricing terms shown at purchase. If a service is not provided, canceled by Bhago Mobility, or materially falls short of guarantees, users may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the service date will be processed after verification.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on financial institutions. Bhago Mobility may issue travel credit in lieu of cash refunds, at its discretion.

5. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund determination, contact our support team promptly at the contact details provided on the website. We will review and respond in a reasonable timeframe.
